Take in a gorgeous view of the mountain ridges from this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home close to downtown Pagosa Springs - but with a little bit of welcome privacy.
Leave your car in the two-car garage and step inside to find air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, and streaming-capable TVs in the living room and two of the bedrooms. After a day full of adventures, you can bask in the beautiful views outside on the deck, barbecue on the gas grill, and tell stories around the firepit while roasting marshmallows. As for your hiking clothes, you can leave them to spin in the private washer/dryer in the utility room.
In this scenic mountain setting, you'll be only half a mile from town and 25 miles from Wolf Creek Ski Area.
THINGS TO KNOW
For a separate fee, guests can enjoy access to the pool, tennis court, basketball court, and volleyball court of Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center.
HOA does not tolerate any large construction vehicles or whatever....
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property was clean and met our needs. There was sufficient seating inside for our group. Great view from the front porch. (Furniture on porch isn’t very comfortable). I would stay here again. Very convenient to everything.

My husband and I were camping nearby and after 3 days and nights of rain, we were ready for some creature comforts like a warm shower and comfortable bed. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary at Riff Raff Brewery and I checked to see if there might be a place to stay for a couple nights. Very last minute, we booked this wonderful Pot of Gold home in Pagosa. Thank you for hosting us! You salvaged our trip and we enjoyed our stay immensely!

We have been to Pagosa Springs a few times now and this house was in a perfect location and the size was just right for the 4 of us! Clean place, and plenty of room. I would recommend this place to others, and we would stay here again!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving. We had an enjoyable vacation and all of our expectations were meet at the property.
