There was a brand new hardwood floors, washer and dryer. New shower in master with great water pressure in both bathroom showers. All the appliances are newer and everything worked great again! Especially the ac! This was our 5th year returning to this unit. Owners seem to keep up with modern decor and paint. We’ll be back next year 😊 p.s. an extra shout out to the Baywatch staff at the front desk and especially the men who mop the floors because they dance to the music and sing. This is a good sign of upper management that creates an atmosphere so they can have fun while working but everyone they’ve is on vacation! Great job Baywatch and management ❤️

Loved the location, the staff were friendly, the options of pools were fantastic. We didn't hear any noise either from above or beside us at all. We actually added a night because we were able to come down sooner than expected and that whole process was great!The personal touches of the room were cute. The seashell shadow box they had where you write your name on it and add it to all the others. There was a picture of the owners toasting with a note saying enjoy your stay. We will be returning next year
