- Prime Location: Only 2 miles from interstate exits, providing an easy 15-mile drive to downtown Charleston and a 20-mile drive to beautiful beaches.
- Parking: One assigned parking space included.
Community Guidelines:
- Vehicle Restrictions:No trailers, boats, buses, commercial vehicles with logos, or RVs are allowed on the premises.
- Pet Policy: No pets allowed. A $200 fine per pet, plus damages and cleaning fees, will apply if pets are in the unit.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM-6am inside and outside.
- No Parties: Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited.
-Unregistered guests are not allowed on property.

Condo was clean and modern. Convenient location. Bed was comfortable. Perfect for our weekend at Riverfront Revival!

Never saw a pool.Balcony was dirty with broken down furniture.Didn’t know there was no elevator to the upper floor.Overall a disappointing stay.
