About this house rental
Welcome to a modern twist on rural living. Casa Pioneer is a 1500 sq ft craftsman style, single level home in a new, centrally located development with easy access to restaurants, shopping and highways to help you navigate to the surrounding towns. Equipped with beautiful stainless steel appliances, has an open floor plan, complete kitchen, fiber optic internet, lots of natural light, fenced backyard with a covered patio and handpicked comfortable furnishings.
Our space is very light and airy. There is lots of natural light and plenty of working space, including a 25in computer monitor for easy laptop connection and an electronic standup desk. We provide complete access to the attached two car garage as well as driveway parking; street parking is open to everyone. Home also includes a large fenced backyard.

The hosts responded extremely quick. Answered all questions we had . The location was perfect for us and the home was exceptionally clean. Would highly recommend and if go back to Hermiston again this is where we will stay.

The house is really nice and the host is very gracious and responsive. However, could use more items in the kitchen. A cheese grater would be wonderful!

Home was clean and just as noted. Easy access for full days of fun. Morning fishing and afternoon golf. Thank you for easy communication and everything in excellent working order. Quiet neighborhood for peaceful evenings. Looking forward to another stay.
