Property was better than we expected in the pictures. Pool is larger than the photos. The property feels sprawling with most of the family in their own “wing” for tremendous privacy. 11 different doors, most of them oversized sliders, lead to the outside. We stayed in June, so didn’t get to use them as much, but in the winter months, would be amazing to open up the house. Very nice hot tub with unique waterfall. And the canal was beautiful with nice sunsets off the deck. Only downside was the limitations in the window coverings in the guest bathroom and bedroom facing the road and the ability to fully pull the curtains in the living room. But those were minor issues. Great place to come home to as we explored the area from Fort Myers to Naples and just 20 minutes to Fort Myers Beach which is really starting to come back post-hurricane.

This was the second time my family has stayed at Villa Bellagio! We couldn’t wait to come back after our first time there. The house is incredible (could use a few updates with decor) and has absolutely everything you could possibly need! We ventured out a few times to beaches and restaurants but loved the house so much, we just wanted to stay and relax at the house as much as possible. I took my daughters and a friend of ours and her daughter and it was the perfect girls getaway! Worth the 22 hour drive!!
It was a luxurious week away and just what we needed!

This house lived up to the listing for sure. It rained on us Christmas Day all day long but we actually had a blast swimming and hot-tubbing. On the sunny days it was lovely to sit down by the pool and watch boats go by, and just enjoy being on the water. The location was convenient as well for our day trips to Fort Myers and Sanibel.
We were two families of 4 (all adult children) and the room setup was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the lanai at the big table there that sat 8 comfortably.

The house is very nice and situated in a good neigbourhood. Very close to the bay and good boat dock. Only thing is that it needs some attention. During our stay we experienced broken lounge chairs (4x) at the pool, no internet/wifi, no cable tv, broken dishwasher. Despite promises made no new dishwasher was installed or any of the other issues resolved.
