First floor – living room, full bathroom, master bedroom, 2nd bedroom with washer and dryer, kitchen and screened porch.
Loft – open floor space with twin bed
Free WIFI; TV and smart DVD player
Two tandem kayaks, four paddle boards, one canoe, one sail boat, life jackets for adults and children. Sailing experience required for use of the sailboat (lessons available at Squam Lake Association).
Linens and towels - available but encourage to bring your own.

Great 2 weeks right on the lake. Boating and fishing with grandkids. All of us loved the house and the all the surrounding restaurants and entertainments.

We absolutely loved our stay at this lakefront cabin. The location was wonderful and allowed the kids to play in the water all day with lake-side fires and smores each night. The paddle boards and kayaks were a real plus as well (we were sad we didn't have enough wind to use the sailboat). We rented a pontoon boat from Holderness Harbor, which is a 2-3 minute drive) and spent an incredible day on the lake with pit stops at the house from the boat for the kids. Couldn't have asked for more.
