About this house rental
Welcome to the Herbage Townhomes! This 3 bedroom / 2 full bath home with a loft was totally remodeled from top to bottom in the fall of 2016. The ultimate getaway for a family ski vacation or for enjoying a summer vacation. The complex is just three stops away from the Steamboat Ski Area on the free city bus that stops right in front of the complex.
The Herbage Townhomes offer a large outdoor pool in the summertime. There is also a pool table in the rec room downstairs. Excellent entertainment for the family.
The remodel work included all new finishes in the home. The home is fully-furnished and fully-equipped for all your vacation needs. Step out on the private deck and barbecue a great dinner on the new electric grill.
The big bonus of staying in this unit is the full use of the owner's private ski locker in gondola square. Keep your equipment on the mountain so you don't have to lug it back and forth.

It is rare for a property to have A/C in Steamboat. Most don’t. This unit does have Central A/C on the main level & there is an A/C wall unit upstairs in the master bedroom. The queen, twin bed & rec room are in the basement so it stays cool. The humidity is very low in the mountains and the nights are very cool. Both king bedrooms have ceiling fans.
STOCKED UNIT: All our units are stocked with all supplies that you will need for your stay: toilet paper, paper towel, tissues, napkins, coffee filters, trash bags, small soaps, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry detergent, Dawn kitchen sink soap, Cascade for the dishwasher, Lysol/Clorox wipes, hand soap pumps at all sinks, hand sanitizer, 409/spic n span or similar counter spray, two sets of sheets for each bed, minimum of 6 sets of towels per bathroom, pool/hot tub towels, fleece blankets, duvets with washed covers, etc.

Great set up for our family of 7 adults, split levels meant we were spread out nicely, all beds and pull out were comfortable. Whole unit was super clean and the well stocked kitchen was great for the cooks. Pool room was a perfect place to hang out and table itself is top notch. Shuttle stop allowed our skiers to come and go when they wanted. Bus does fill up during the peak morning hour on busy weekends but otherwise not an issue. We never found the hot tub but didn't miss it. Kim's communication was super helpful and provided all necessary details plus some great advice. Would definitely stay here again, thanks!

Nice location, bus stop conveniently located across the street. Very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils one would need for cooking at home. The only drawbacks in my opinion would be the lower level bedroom does not have a bathroom nearby, and the primary bedroom upstairs can get chilly. The owners did place a faux fireplace with an electric heating element that does help, it just needs to be manually turned. Kim & Dan do a very nice job of maintaining the property, and the arrival process is very organized and easy. I would book again at this location.

Location was great. Easy 1 min walk to bus stop. Kitchen had everythibg needed to make dinner with grill on patio.

I rented this property from Steamboat Lodging Properties. Suzie was such a pleasure to work with. She was very accommodating with luggage drop off before check-in time. Tom welcomed us graciously. They had a bag of snacks & a bottle of red waiting for us. So thoughtful. The lift ticket & rental discount agreement they have with Steamboat was a huge plus.
This condo has recently got a complete makeover. Bathrooms, kitchen are very nice. New flooring & carpet. It has an interesting layout with one bedroom on three of the four levels. Everybody has their own space.
The kitchen/dining room area is spacious. The pool table is a really nice amenity. The living room area is warm & cozy with the fireplace.
The free shuttle has a stop right next to the condo parking lot every (20) minutes on the 6’s in winter season. Returning to condo from base area, get shuttle from Transit depot.
You can walk to Wild Plum grocery store in about (13) min. It is uphill walking back. Uber’s were plentiful. But renting a car is a good option too for exploring the area.
Strawberry hot springs was a lovely three hour excursion. $50 total for admission & transportation if picked up by Sweet Pea Tours. Add $5 tip for driver.
All & all a great stay in Steamboat!
