We know that the best way to make sure that the house is a good fit for the guest AND that the guest feels comfortable with us and the rental process is to ALWAYS talk to first-time guests on the phone…. We want to make sure we provide you with the best experience possible---at the same time you will be staying in our personal vacation home that we have taken a great deal of care to furnish and maintain. It is important to us that the house is taken care of - we have had great results by talking to first-time guests.

The host was instantly responsive to all of our inquiries; he gave us a warm welcome and thorough walk thru of the property. The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated and fully equipped beyond our expectations.

Beautiful house, nice beach, well equipped kitchen. My family noted minor things like clogged shower heads, lights out, too few bedroom trash cans, more table space needed.

Fine excep AC was out in two bedrooms on third floor level when we arrived. I feel that should have been checked before we arrived and remedied. It was fixed on Friday the day before we left. That’s why no 5 are rating.
