Ranch style house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Close to grocery stores and schools. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Downstairs has queen beds in two of the bedrooms. Upstairs has queen bed. Deck and trampoline in back yard. All the amenities and washer and dryer and a grill.

This was the perfect place for our family needs. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but other than that the how was amazing. Plenty of space for our family.

We were specifically looking for a location on the south side of Owatonna and this was a phenomenal location. Home fit my family of 6 great.

Okay. So this house is owned by someone who no longer lives in MN. A cleaning company/person was hired to clean the house but when we got there the house was clean in the sense that there wasn’t trash or belongings everywhere but the house was filthy in the sense that there were cobwebs everywhere, literally everywhere. Dust on everything. The beds didn’t have proper sheets on them and some had holes. The freezer had items that looked old and gross. I informed the property owner so she was aware of the situation.
