The country house, located in the cozy and idyllic village of Sudeck, is nestled in the natural surroundings of Lake Diemel and offers a fantastic view of the countryside. You’ll find mountain biking and hiking trails right on the outskirts of town.
Near Lake Diemel—a recreational paradise where you can swim, go for walks, and fish.
A 15-minute drive takes you to the county seat of Korbach. The Willingen Leisure & Adventure Center is also a 15-minute drive away.
The detached country house with a fenced-in property offers privacy, tranquility, and space, and is ideal for family and friends.
The country house includes a large parking lot with space for two cars. The entrance to the house is located right next to the parking lot.
You’ll be welcomed by a spacious house with many rooms. The living room features a seating area with a two-seater sofa, a three-seater sofa, and a separate armchair, as well as a coffee table and a flat-screen TV.
Directly adjacent is the spacious garden terrace.
The L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped and features a stove, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, and a Senseo.
In the adjoining dining room, a large dining table offers plenty of space so that an entire family or large group can enjoy meals together.
The bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a double bed and a closet.
The second bedroom on the first floor has two single beds.
The third bedroom has a single bed and a bed frame.
The fourth bedroom has two single beds and a closet.
The fifth bedroom has a single bed, a bunk bed, and a message box.
The lovingly decorated playroom offers everything to make children’s hearts beat faster.
The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet.
The second bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the basement. The country house is located in the cozy and idyllic village of Sudeck, right next to Lake Diemel—a paradise for relaxation where you can swim, take walks, and go fishing!
