The second bedroom offers another King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath. In the third bedroom, you'll find two Full beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a tiled walk-in shower. With accommodations for up to 8 guests, this condo is ideal for families or groups of friends.
Prepare gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which boasts granite countertops, a sub-zero refrigerator, and a wine cooler, ensuring that all your culinary needs are met.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your parking pass(es) and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office during check-in.
MONTHLY RENTALS

Everything was clean. The condo is well stocked and well decorated. The property manager was very responsive. Beds were comfy. The turquoise cannot be beat. The only negative is that we were told only a few hours before check in that the master tub had a leak, could not be used, and there would be fans blowing on it for at least a couple days. It started our trip off in chaos and it was not ideal to have the master bath tub out of commission the whole time.

Enjoyed the condo very much. We had everything we needed. The hot tub on the veranda was a nice add. We would definitely stay here again.
