Located on fabulous Long Point, fronting ocean reserve to Merimbula Wharf and Merimbula Bay with a short 5 min walk to Long Point whale watching lookout.
Wake up to early fishing boats heading out or lay in bed and take in the beautiful views.
Beautiful Merimbula is renowned for glorious beaches and lakes, beautiful bushland and National Parks with an abundance of native flora and wildlife, whale watching (September to November), boating and fishing, wind-surfing, kite-surfing, canoeing, golfing on the many surrounding courses, or exploring the many local markets. Enjoy a scenic flight, fresh seafood lunch or catch up with the latest movies at the cinema.
Cordova offers a large backyard with private BBQ where you can enjoy a glass of wine and watch the kids play. There is even something for your next winter holiday - enjoy a relaxing day in watching movies by the slow combustion wood fire.
Cordova provides for accommodation to 6 people, and includes 1 Queen bedroom, 2nd queen bedroom, and 3rd bunk (double bunk) bedroom.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower, Large Flat screen smart TV, DVD, free Wifi, r/c Air-conditioning and laundry with washing machine & ironing facilities.

- Check in after 3:00PM
- Check out before 10:00AM
- Maximum guests allowed overnight = 6 in total, with strictly no more than 4 Adults
- Strictly NO PETS
- Strictly no events or parties. To comply with NSW Govt STRA Policy all Unruly, Misbehaving and Disruptive guests will be vacated immediately.
- No smoking in or on premises
- No camping allowed on the grounds
- Charging of guests electric vehicles at Cordova is monitored and strictly not permitted.
- EV Charging is available in Merimbula 24hrs per day at Middys Electrical Merimbula, 202 Arthur Kaine Drive Merimbula. Bookings not required, and at time of writing, is free.
- **NOTE - Excessive cleaning will be charged to guests accounts**

Cordova – was a great place to stay—clean, well-presented, and a gorgeous view. The space had everything we needed for a comfortable visit, with the wood fire a welcome addition for a winter stay.The hosts were responsive and helpful. Would happily book again for a relaxed getaway.

Host was lovely. Nice walk to beachside cafe and aquarium restaurant. Bonus chicken pecking on the window glass and saw some kangaroos in the backyard, one with a large Joey!
