A short walk from the sea, this spacious villa still boasts stunning panoramic views, a private pool with a separate children's pool, and wonderful outdoor spaces, perfect for families and friends looking to relax and unwind in Cyprus.
Inside, the villa features a bright and airy open-plan living space, seamlessly connecting the lounge, dining area, and fully equipped modern kitchen. French doors lead out to the dining terrace, making it easy to enjoy meals in the fresh air. Also on the ground floor is a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
A graceful marble staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms. These rooms open onto a spacious shared balcony, where you can soak up breathtaking countryside and sea views, making it the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening drinks.
The private pool area is a true highlight, featuring a separate shallow children's section, ensuring fun for all ages. The villa's well-established gardens create a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, while the covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. A small seating area for children adds a thoughtful touch, and the pool table and table tennis provide entertainment for guests of all ages.
For your comfort, air conditioning is included in all bedrooms, while air conditioning in the lounge is available for €10 per day, payable locally. Additionally, pool heating is available on request for €30 per day, ensuring a pleasant swim year-round.

Lovely clear instructions for checking in and property location was just as hoped for It was nice to have pool towels and a bottle and fruit awaiting our arrival The villa was good with 3 ensuite bedrooms2 doubles and 1 twin We had to speak to the owners to sort out a couple of items they were quick to respond Well appointed kitchen with every utensil you would need . Garden nice and secluded and quiet Pool was nice , right temperature but maybe needs a professional pool clean , the liner was slightly grubby around the edges . However overall a very pleasant stay indeed , thanks

We had a truly wonderful stay at Eos Villas! The villa was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The highlight for us was definitely the pool area — the main pool was crystal clear and perfect for cooling off, while the smaller pool for the kids was an absolute hit with our little ones. It gave them a safe and fun space to splash around, which meant we could all relax and enjoy ourselves. The location was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. We left with amazing memories and would happily return again. Highly recommended!

The villa is really great. Suitable for families with small children as well as for 3 couples as it provides complete privacy with three separate bedrooms with bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, swimming pool and garden for 10. The sea is 100 m away. Nearby shops and restaurants. We were very satisfied.

Absolutely stunning villa and location, we really enjoyed our stay. It was lovely to be greeted by bottled water and a bottle of wine, especially as we arrived close to midnight! Really well equipped villa, especially kitchen and we loved the BBQ. Really clean pool that was regularly checked. Super peaceful location apart from some loud birds and dogs, but didn't bother us. Great little bars and restaurants within walking distance.
