About this house rental
This cliffside Villa has a stunning ocean view terrace. A little traditional stone road separates the Villa from the ocean and you will have a completely clean view of the sea, Lagoa's picturesque fishing port and natural swimming pools. You can not find a more central place to stay, with all amenities just walking distance. Local restaurants with lots of fresh fish, grocery and supermarkets, pharmacy, natural swimming pools and even a gym. You will feel like a local.

This place was wonderful. The location wasPerfect for exploring Sao Miguel and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops and stores in Lagoa. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the waves...could here them while sleeping.Stayed 8 nights! Could even here them

A friend and I stayed here for nearly a week for a girls’ trip, and found everything perfect! The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and was in a great location right by the marina. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Sao Miguel.

This is a beautiful apartment over looking the water. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect place. It was so clean and had everything anyone would need. There is a huge window in the bedroom with a built in seat for watching the fishing boats come in and out, my favorite spot.. I will definitely be coming back. Mario even allowed us to extend our checkout.

This Villa is extremely comfortable, with plenty of space, A/C, great shower, & well stocked kitchen, and beautifully decorated. The villa is across the street from the fishing port, with expansive water views from the windows upstairs. There are municipal swimming pools (ocean pools) 1 block away. Mário is a great host. We never met him in person but he was extremely responsive to our messages about anything, including for restaurant recommendations. Loved our stay here!
