We didn't make use of the cool firepit, probably bc we were too busy zooming all over town and discovering that my dog LOVES being a sled dog with the scooters. My daughter and I didn't use the car around PB, we used scooters (and our sled dog) only. Everything about the house fit the bill and worked as intended. We cooked just the one night, made use of the washer/dryer for wet beach clothes, the aircon was handy for just a couple hours a day (not overly hot, just warm enough to use). I loved that we had our dog with us and the neighborhood was quiet with lots of friendly locals and fellow dogs. Parking is on the street, but only one of the four days did we not get door prize when we headed out to the dog beach or to go surfing. The communications from the management company were thoughtful, thorough, personal. All in all, it was just, easy!

This property was perfect and just what we needed for a relaxing couple's vacation away. The front lawn was enclosed and perfect for our little doggo to enjoy the beautiful weather without worry. The property was spotless and so cozy. The only issue we had was that the Wi-Fi was a little iffy throughout the day. Luckily, I had my hotspot, so it wasn't too much if an issue. I would definitely return here again next time I am thinking of vacationing in the area!
