For longer stays, additional supplies can be purchased nearby. Walmart is located approximately 1.5 miles away.
Optional Add-Ons
• Pool heat: $30/day (minimum 2 consecutive days)
• BBQ grill rental: $75 per stay
• Additional baby equipment available upon request for an added fee
Pool Heat Information
Please note:
Pool heat is $30 per day
Minimum of 2 consecutive days required
Maximum water temperature is 90°F
Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets. The spa and pool share the same heated water system.

Housekeeping
Professional cleaning is completed before every arrival. Fresh linens and towels are provided. Daily housekeeping is not included, but mid-stay cleanings may be requested for an additional fee.
Trash Disposal
Trash collection occurs daily. Please place all trash in sealed garbage bags and secure the raccoon lock on the outdoor trash bench after use.
A $100 fee may apply for loose trash or failure to properly secure the trash area.

We came to town for a cheer competition. We were able to share the house with 2 other families. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone to have their own privacy and comfort. The game room and pool added in extra fun! Communication with the property managers was great as well. They replied quickly and addressed all questions. Would definitely stay again!
