3. Upon checkout, please empty out the refrigerator and place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher with provided detergent and Press Start
4. Please respect the neighbor no loud noise after 10:00 pm

The home was perfect for our short stay! It was a perfect fit for my 3 grandkids, my son and myself. The kitchen was fully stocked, as we did cook a few meals in… the kids loved the fact there were TVs in every room! I would recommend the property!

The location is great to the beach, cleanliness is great but the owner left out on critical detail in the check process and That is the lock for the deadbolt and the door handle are different locks with different keys and he only had has key for the deadbolt.
I locked the doorknob from the inside only to find out that when we returned that the key for the deadbolt doesn't work for the doorknob or the back doors for that matter. It took the cleaner an hour or so to come and break in with a credit card. I destroyed my cards in the process and went to walk to get some tools open the door my self.(cleaner came by while I was a Walmart.)
We were inconvenienced as completely threw our schedule off for the day. Hope this helps someone.
