The guests will have access to the entire property except for the locked supply closet.
We are not located onsite but are available remotely 24/7.
This home is located in the Village of Oak Creek which is a quiet neighborhood located just outside of the main tourist area of Sedona. This area has many new high-rated restaurants and golf courses. You can expect less traffic and crowds here than in Uptown Sedona, but you are only a short drive to the main tourist areas.
A car is required for traveling in Sedona.
The pool may be heated for an additional fee of $100/night with a 3-night minimum. The spa is heated at no additional charge.
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am.
Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $2000 for deodorization.
1. No parties or events permitted - please inquire if you plan to have anyone at the house besides registered overnight guests
2. No smoking on the property

Our stay was amazing! Perfect for large groups or smaller ones. Messaging with our host was extremely timely and very straightforward, especially with any additional questions we had. The whole property was very clean and well kept. I cannot recommend it enough!

This place exceeded all of our expectations. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed, and then some. There was plenty of rooms and space. We brought our 4 adult offspring and, collectively, their six children 4-8 years old. They had endless fun with the pool, the putting green, the volleyball court as indoor activities.We, as the grandparents, stayed in the downstairs suite, which was also spacious and comfortable. We would give 10 stars if we could.

This property was amazing!! Our grandchildren couldn’t wait to finish our daily hikes and get back to the house with all of the games and the pool. They ranged in age from 15-2 and all had so much fun. I highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely stunning property; everything was just as shown in your property descriptions. Our group was 16, ages 40 to 90, and I believe every amenity was used and appreciated. We did find the kitchen appliances were not numerous enough when trying to cook for the size group we had! It required constant trips up & down outside stairs to use the kitchen appliances in there at the same time.
