The whole thing is legit and the host is very proactive and communicative. You are across the street from Coco Bay where you can park your boat on the public dock and see the friendly stingrays and turtles. Good beach for calm waters but Gillam on the other side of the island is better. You are close to green turtle club facilities and Bluff House. Both a short ride with a golf cart. It was buggy this time due to rains so bring lots of bugs spray.

This house was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Great location, very clean and plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay here again!
