moments while admiring the sea with the dining table and chairs and lounge chairs and
table. The terrace is fitted with a large electric awning and a top horizontal awning.
This bright apartment, sleeping maximum 4 persons (plus a baby), has 120 m² and a 20 m²
sunny terrace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with one ensuite), a separate guests toilet, a
spacious modern and cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a parking place in the
underground garage.
- Master bedroom: queen size bed 160 x 200 cm with ensuite bathroom
- Guests bedroom: two twin size beds 90 x 200 cm
- Baby cot and high chair available (bed linen not provided for hygiene reasons).
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, hot air oven and
microwave, large fridge with freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, coffee machine, kettle, toaster
and fruit press.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the Summer and hot air heating in the
winter. All (sliding) doors and windows are fitted with electric blinds.
Free Wi-Fi + TV
We provide bed linen, beach- , bath- and kitchen towels.
This property is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

The apartment is located in the Marbella hills.
The urbanisation is kids friendly with a gated swimming pool and a separate toddler's pool, a
playground, green areas and limited traffic.
The main pool area is fitted with showers and toilets; both pools areas are surrounded by
