The site was very clean and level. Easy walk over the dune to the beach. The beach is drivable in this area and there is an access road not very far away. Only complaint might be that you are unable to see the beach from your camper. But considering how important dunes are to the coast, that is a small price to pay. There is a concrete pad that accommodates large campers and gives you a great area to set up. Area is very quiet and private. Enjoyed how close we were to the Indian Pass Raw Bar.

We loved this spot so much. It was so peaceful & PSJ is always simply amazing. I would definitely come back. The literal ONLY downfall is the amount of pokey stickers in the grass, they are pretty bad. So make sure you have shoes. But you’re right on the beach, the surrounding houses were quiet, it was perfect- wish we stayed longer!

RV lot facing the Gulf was as pictured. Site clean. Beach access at property easy to use. Beach was beautiful and not busy at all the entire week!
