About this house rental
Step into a time capsule of opulence. This 4,000 sq ft home, built in the 90s, offers unparalleled vintage luxury. Unwind in the indoor hot tub, rejuvenate in the sauna or steam room, and cozy up by the fireplace. The kids will enjoy rolling around on the soft carpeting that graces every room or just flopping on the floor in front of the 85" TV with surround sound that promises amazing cinematic experiences or sit outside on the deck while you bbq your favorite proteins and take in the views!
10 to 15 Minutes from Diamond Peak and Mt Rose Ski resorts. In summer months, it's just 10 minutes to being in the clear cool waters of Lake Tahoe . Within 10-minute drive to all Incline Village stores and restaurants.

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.
After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement that protects our home from guest damages.
Winter renters full disclosure: the heating system is a hydro-thermal system involving warm water running through copper pipes in the walls to baseboard radiators. Sometimes, a gentle metallic banging noise can be heard in the walls. It is the normal functioning of the heating system and is unavoidable. Also, the big heater over the kitchen deck is under repair and currently doesn't function. We are awaiting parts. The master bedroom fireplace is non-operable. This is all reflected in the pricing.

Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.

Some of our properties are located close to Incline Village’s private beaches; however, access to these beaches is restricted by IVGID (Incline Village General Improvement District) and is only available to property owners. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide guest access to these private beaches.
We kindly ask guests not to leave negative reviews for lack of lake access, as this is clearly explained in our listing's notes section and is outside of our control.
