This single-story cottage offers complete privacy and access via a private entrance in the upper section (Liya cottage is in the lower section). The house is situated on a 4200m² property shared with two other cottages. Guests have access to a comfortable living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is one bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), a second bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), a shower room with a standard-sized shower, and a toilet. A third bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. A separate toilet is also provided. A washing machine is shared between the three cottages. There are two private terraces with garden furniture and a barbecue. A 9m x 4.5m chlorine swimming pool, 1.0m to 1.40m deep, is covered and open and heated from mid-May to the end of September. Baby equipment available upon request. The price includes: bed linens, towels, electricity, and heating. The price does not include: end-of-stay cleaning (€50).
