The property was as described in the online listing. The only two issues we had: We couldn’t figure out how to turn off the ceiling fan in the living room (it was always on at high speed)There was a sulfur odor in the neighborhood at times, which we found out from neighbors that is a thing in Sanibel. Nothing to do with the property itself.

Loved location to the beach, property clean and exactly as advertised. Neiborhood was quiet, enjoyed morning tea and meals on screened in lanai. Restaurants within walking or biking distance.

The whole place was so clean and neatly organized, especially in the kitchen, I thought for sure we were the first renters. But we weren’t. It was an ideal location in a quiet neighborhood.
