Private Peaceful Beautiful House

This was a wonderful house to stay in. Plenty of room for our family of 7 to spread out and relax. The house seems to have been added on to in the past so the layout is a bit strange with a few stairs and the only 2 bathrooms being right next to each other but the outdoor space was amazing. The owners didn't skimp on towels or pool/beach toys and chairs. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The owners were also very responsive. We would stay here again.

We were a group of adults 25-78 and all had a great stay. The sunsets were incredible and star gazing at its best.James was an incredible host! I received information timely with complete instructions. Our stay was effortless!Our family is very appreciative of our time together in Kona!!!

This place was the perfect location to get away and relax. Nestled up on the hills (but still only a few minutes from town) our family enjoyed beautiful sunsets and took every opportunity to get in the hot tub in the evening. The property was spacious and the inside of the house very easily fit our group of 9 with young children. The kitchen was fully stocked with items for our cooking pleasure including everything from a blender to a rice cooker. They even had beach items for us to use such as umbrellas, pool noodles, beach chairs, cooler and a boogie board. Ceiling fans were in every room, but due to being on the hill the house cooled off nicely in the evening. The host was also extremely responsive when we needed anything and the house included lots of extra things such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo etc. so that was one less thing to worry about. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and we hope to come back again someday!!!!! Mahalo for a wonderful vacation!!!

Great home base for our family to unwind after a day adventure on the big island. The grill was handy, as well as the hot tub. Great view. It a few minutes from town, and yet very private.
