About this house rental
This unique, newly built, spacious beach property features high-end materials and furniture. It makes the perfect holiday getaway only 100 meters from the nearest beach and private pool.
For season 2024, a building project exists in front and behind the property.
The apartments in front of the house will be ready in June 2024, and the house behind will be ready in September/October 2024, so all loud jobs have already been executed.
The prices we have to reflect any inconvenience this may experience.
The house is in a quiet area but still close to all amenities and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The home comes with three different terraces and big spacious bedrooms, and an even bigger semi-open plan kitchen living room. The roof terrace is 80 sqm and has a beautiful sea view.

Very nice villa, spacious inside with comfortable beds and a great air con system. The children very much enjoyed the pool, internet was also good for what I’ve previously experienced in Spain. The ground floor outside area has 2 sun beds and a seating area, my only comment would be there isn’t a huge amount of space outside on this level around the pool, however you can go onto the roof terrace, where you have more together with 2 more sun beds. Location wise, it’s nice and close to the beach, there are a couple of restaurants nearby but the majority are in the actual Port, which is 1.5 miles away, so a 20-25 min stroll. I would recommend the Villa.

5 adults, 1 teenager and a toddler stayed for a week in February. The property managers Johann & Lisa were very responsive to any communication before and during the stay. The villa is situated between Mazarron port and Isla Plana, the next town along the coast. My partner and I had visited the area before, as my in-laws spend the winter in the area. The property was clean, modern and was well equipped. There is a ground level bedroom and bathroom which is great for anyone who can't manage stairs. The terraces on the roof and 1st floor of the property are spacious. We would certainly consider returning to the property.
