Life is Good. A term we have all heard before but only few have gotten a chance to experience it in its entirety until now. This four-bedroom beautiful abode sits diagonal from the beach and is just eleven minutes from the Oak Island Pier. This modern home is known for its unobstructive views and natural lighting.
The living room is furnished with a sectional and two additional lounge chairs. Beautifully decorated in beach décor, the wall behind the television features a nautical map. The living room also has a Pac-Man gaming station for some friendly competition with family and friends.
The dining area flowing into the living room and this area seats eight. Enjoy your favorite meal with loved ones or feast on your catch of the day from the pier. The living room is behind the dining area and has all white cabinetry along with white appliances. The bar seats four, so there is extra seating for comfort.
The first bedroom is beside the living room and has a queen bed, a television, a bathroom, and a patio to watch the stunning waves. The second bedroom is located down the hall from the dining area and features one twin-over-queen bunk bed and one twin bed, a television, and a full bathroom, which also has an entry in the hallway. Upstairs to right is the third bedroom. This serene room is furnished with a queen bed, television, a bathroom, and patio access. The fourth bedroom, which is the master bedroom, is beside the third bedroom and features a king bed, a bathroom, a work desk, mounted television, a roll-a-way bed, and patio access.

Great house!! Great location! Public beach access right across the street. Great views from both front balconies. We didn’t use the pool because of the cool temperatures, but very nice patio.

We traditionally stay with family during our vacations to Oak Island. In order to treat our family, we decided 2 days in advance to rent Life is Good for the weekend and we are so glad we did!
Planning accordingly and hopefully getting to stay there next year!

"Life is Good" was the perfect house for our family on our vacation at Oak Island in April. Everything was very nice and clean (no bugs or moldy smells), and the views were spectacular! The furnishings, beds, etc. were all wonderful. Very nice supply of books, games, ocean toys, and chairs. We look forward to staying again in the future!

We loved everything about the property. The pool, the spacious bedrooms and common area, the location and views. The host took such care with the books, games and beach equipment provided. This home was ideal for our group of 4 adults and 2 small children and could have accommodated a larger group easily. We hope to stay again for a future vacation.
