My son and I really enjoyed this spot - it’s simple but perfect for enjoying Duck and the beach. Unlike some places, there were essentials at every sink and bathroom, so we didn’t have to buy extras, and the space was clean, thoughtful, and a great location. I’d definitely visit again. Thank you!

Very clean. Almost "on" the ocean. As the owner says in the description, it is a bit dated - it definitely gives "grandma's house" vibes, but it's very clean, has a surprisingly well-equipped kitchen, and is literally about as close to the ocean as you can get. Condo was fine-not updated but all in good working order. Televisions were very small and were not smart TVs so could not sign in to any of our streaming services (netlfix, hulu, etc). Just very very basic cable.
Also TV set up perpendicular to couch so had to move couch to be able to watch. While TV watching is not primary purpose of beach vacation, it's nice to have on those rainy days and early evenings relaxing. Otherwise all was very good.
