About this apartment rental
NEWLY RENOVATED. The apartment is located in the center of the private development "PUERTO LA SAL I", on the ground floor. It has a private porch, two bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes, living room, kitchen and bathroom, all renovated this year. All rooms have brand new ceiling fans. Double bed in the master bedroom, two single beds of 90 in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The mattresses are all high quality viscoelastic. Television in the dining room. Bed linen and towels are included. Wi-fi fiber optic and international TV channels. From the porch and the dining room you can see the beach and the boats arriving at the port. It is a very quiet and very familiar urbanization to spend a pleasant holiday. Upon delivery of keys 100 euros deposit will be paid which will be returned at the end of the stay by hand if all is well.

Apartment spotless , quiet location only metres from beach , swimning pool only feet from door .Check in was easy and greeted by a lovely lady named Maria . If your looking for a relaxed quiet getaway this is it .

We love this apartment and location. We return again and again and will continue as long as possible. The owner is a very kind and helpful person. The manager is available whenever ever we need her so kind and helpful also.Thank you both very much. See you next year.

As usual we had a wonderful time we love it here.Maria del Carmens and Maria are wonderful kind people. They make sure all is ok,great place to stay everything on hand. I have booked another 2 visits already.Many Thanks

We had a good stay, unfortualy there were a lot of building activities, and renovacions going on, so there was a lot of noise, that's not happening every year i think, Nanny
