About this apartment rental
Great location! Stay here & you`re basically ON campus! This updated basement apartment has everything you need for one night or many. Full kitchen and free washer & dryer included with a lot of room to spread out.
We are available by text or phone between 7am and 10pm. If you have an urgent need, don’t hesitate to reach out anytime!
The beautiful University of Wyoming campus is less than one block away!
Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)
The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.
Kitchen:
Paper Towels
A few regular and decaf Keurig coffee pods
Powder creamer
Sugar
A few complimentary snacks
Depending on type or presence of kitchen:
Cooking Oil
Salt & Pepper
Bathroom:
2 Extra rolls of Toilet Paper
One body towel and washcloth per maximum occupancy
Shampoo
Conditioner
Body Wash
Bedding:
Sheets and blanket/quilt for each bed
At least one pillow per maximum occupancy
Miscellaneous:
All purpose cleaning spray
Toilet/sink plunger
Toilet Brush
Broom/dust pan
Uber & Lyft are available
I do allow well behaved pets, but charge a $15 pet fee per night/per pet (for a maximum of $150) per stay to your email the day of arrival.
CANCELLATIONS at any time will incur a 6% refund fee.

Wonderful! We had a great day in Laramie, which ended in coming home to this lovely 2 bedroom apartment right next to campus. It was absolutely perfect. Will stay again! Go Pokes!

Perfect for our quick night in Laramie!

We arrived and had to vacuum hair off of sofa and floors. We also had to wash the sheet due to stains and hair. Owner refunded cleaning fee, which was appreciated. If your stay is university related, then it is a good spot. Other than the cleanliness, it was an ok spot.
