Overlooking the beautiful Lake Como, this elegant apartment in the luxury chalet “Baita Treeb Breva” in Bellagio welcomes you with a stunning panoramic view and a cozy atmosphere, perfect for families or small groups. Enjoy the lake in an exclusive setting surrounded by peace and nature. The apartment is in Civenna, a quiet mountain area of Bellagio with essential shops and services nearby.
Located on the first floor and accessible by stairs, the apartment accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children. It features a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, open-plan sleeping area, and 1 bathroom. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, TV, and a high chair.
Guests have access to a shared garden with a barbecue area, perfect for relaxing outdoors. From June, a charming heated Finnish wooden tub (shared, max 8 people) is also available—ideal for relaxing with a nature view.
The property offers experiences like hiking, cooking classes, and e-bike tours. There are 2 private parking spaces and free public parking nearby. An e-bike is available, and extra cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.

Chiara is welcoming and extremely attentive.
The apartment is very well equipped and spotless. We would return without hesitation.

Pros: The place is amazing, brand new furniture, very well designed and cozy, with everything you need, beds are comfortable and everything is pristine.
The views on the lake and countryside are gorgeous, the place is very calm and parking is easy.
Chiara is a wonderful host, very communicative and fast to answer your needs, she found us a table ont August 15th when everything was closed 😊
Perfect stay, we will come again for sure !
