Immersed in the green of the olive trees, in the heart of the Etruscan land, the villa overlooks from the top of a hill towards the Tyrrhenian Sea and is located between the two ancient cities of Tuscania and Tarquinia, about 10 km away from each.
It is the ideal place for those seeking tranquility in the midst of nature.
Inside the house there is a large living room with fireplace where 10 people can comfortably dine, a large kitchen and various other spaces for relaxation and conviviality.
The villa is surrounded by a large, fully enclosed garden with automatic gate and convenient paved parking, where there are aromatic plants, flowers, a row of grapes, a fountain pool with a relaxation area and a charming wooden gazebo for outdoor lunches and dinners .
Around the garden a further fence encloses the park of 10. 000 meters with olive trees, ornamental plants, large wood-burning oven, and wood-covered arbor with barbecue area, with table and chairs.
The whole property is further surrounded by hedges, trees, pine trees, holm oaks and oak trees, in order to obtain the utmost privacy during your stay.
Walking through the park you can see a flock of sheep crossing the nearby meadows or horses and donkeys that come to graze the grass up to the fence; there is the possibility to have dinner in a typical restaurant within walking distance.
The living room offers, in the immediate vicinity, the possibility of long walks in the countryside and in the ancient village of Montebello, hiking in the woods and in the Tuscania natural reserve, visits to the numerous Etruscan necropolis, Lake Bolsena, Parco del Monte Argentario, trails in Tarquinia's salt-water, baths at the sea and much more.
Within a few tens of kilometers, crossing the hills or highway, you can reach the most beautiful cities in the center of Italy such as Rome, Florence, Siena, Assisi, Viterbo, Spoleto, Orvieto, And several smaller centers with their charming medieval villages.
The house offers the availability of 7 beds. Any other beds can be added, upon payment, upon request.
Guests who rent the property (regardless of their number), have the house at their complete disposal (exclusive use).
The owner is an opera singer and is passionate about the history of art; has enriched the furnishings of the house with large reproductions of author's paintings, especially of Italian Renaissance artists (Michelangelo, Leonardo, Raphael, Caravaggio, etc.)
The owners can stay, available for any need, in an annex located inside the house itself, but completely separate and with independent entrance, so as not to disturb the privacy of the guests.
There are pets in the property.

The garden area is fully fenced with an automatic entrance gate and a paved parking zone.
There is a barbecue area with a wood burning oven and a pergola (a further covered area) with a table and chairs for outdoor dining in the 10000m2 fenced in parkland that surrounds the inner garden and house.
Complete privacy is guaranteed by the surrounding hedges, pine trees and oak trees.
While walking in the park it is possible to see sheep in the fields, or horses and donkeys grazing near the fence.
Should you wish it is a typical local restaurants, which can be reached on foot.
The local area offers a variety of things to do to suit all tastes.
Walkers will be delighted by the local countryside and the ancient village of Montebello while serious hikers will enjoy the woods and Tuscania national park. There are many Etruscan necropolis to visit as well as Lake Bolsena, Monte Argentario Park, the salt basins of Tarquinia, not to mention the beaches nearby and much more.
A little further away, are the most beautiful cities of central Italy such as Rome, Florence, Siena, Assisi, Viterbo, Spoleto, Orvieto and many other smaller medieval villages.

Guests who rent the villa, have their own house and swimming pool for their exclusive use.
There will be no other guests in the villa.
The owner is a professional lyric singer and is a lover of the history of art, I have painted the house with reproductions of Italian reinassance paintings by Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, Caravaggio, to name but a few, the originals of which can be seen in the cities mentioned above.
The owners of their guests remain next door for any eventuality without disturbing the privacy of their guests.
