The building was commissioned in 1870 by Francisco Moreno and has been lovingly restored by its owner, Deborah Dunlap, author and publisher of over 15 books on historic Pensacola.

Communication with host was fabulous. The location on Palafox is so convenient to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and very comfortable. We hope to visit again. .

I’ve stayed here four times because it is in the heart of downtown Pensacola and is a beautiful loft. It has a well equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed, a balcony over looking all the fun, washer and dryer, a great shower and it’s VERY secure.
If you are physically challenged please note that the stairway up to the front door has several steps but has a secure railing to help you.
The owners reply within minutes with answers to any questions.
