Sunset Flats comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and a flexible bonus den - ideal for visiting families, parents' weekends, or multi-generational groups who want their own space under one roof.
Bedroom 1 is a private primary suite off the main living room, with a king bed, seating area, direct patio access, and a renovated en suite bathroom with walk-in closet - a nice retreat for parents traveling with adult kids or grandkids.
The connecting den works as a daytime workspace or an extra sleeping area at night (twin bed + trundle). Note: it's an open layout without a door, so it suits kids, teens, or flexible sleeping arrangements better than guests needing full privacy.
Bedroom 2 offers two twin beds, great for siblings or stdent visitors. Bedrooms 3 and 4, each with a queen bed, sit privately at the end of the hall, ideal for parents or couples.
The main living area opens onto the patio and pool, with an oversized dining table that easily seats 10 - the perfect spot for big family dinners. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking or catering a crowd, with a propane BBQ just outside.

This property was a good location if you need to go to UofA for an event and your athletes need their own beds and space. This home has plenty of rooms to accommodate.

House is beautiful and much larger than the pictures show. Pool area was nice. The host had excellent communication. Kitchen had all the things you needed and more. I would highly recommend this home.

Great value for a golf trip with the boys. Very clean inside. Had plenty of towels and beds. Kitchen had what we needed. Grill worked. I did think there should have been a TV in the kitchen/dinning area, and there was a dead lizard in the pool (not their fault). All in all, great spot and good value. Centrally located for access to all areas of Tucson
