The Backsteinquartier B vacation home combines modern architecture, plenty of natural light, and relaxing vacation moments in a quiet location in Putbus. Spanning approximately 100 m² over two floors, this high-end vacation home offers ample space for up to four people—ideal for couples, friends, or a family.
The heart of the home is the spacious living and dining area on the first floor. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer views of the garden, the meadows, and the Greifswalder Bodden. On cooler days, the fireplace creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. After an outing around the island, you can relax in the private sauna and wind down the day in peace and quiet.
The open kitchen is comfortably equipped and blends harmoniously into the living area. Amenities include an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The large dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals and long vacation evenings.
From the living area, you have direct access to the south-facing terrace. Garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a grill invite you to enjoy the warm days outdoors. Whether it’s breakfast in the morning sun, a relaxing afternoon with a book, or a barbecue evening together—the garden offers plenty of space for relaxation.
