Welcome to The Rock House — Your Cozy Dutch Cottage Getaway
Stay inside a true piece of Pella history! The Rock House was built in 1856 by Dutch homesteaders and has been thoughtfully updated with modern comforts. This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage is fully remodeled, stylish, and perfectly located near everything Pella has to offer.

You’ll have full access to the entire 750 sq ft home, including:
A comfortable living room perfect for movie nights
A well-appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook
A main-level bedroom with a cozy king-size bed
A charming upstairs loft with two twin beds
A washer and dryer for guest use
I love creating a comfortable stay for guests, so the home is stocked with extra blankets, quality pillows, nice soaps, and a coffee bar to start your mornings right.

You’ll receive detailed check-in instructions the morning of your stay, and I’m always available to answer questions during your visit. We do have an exterior camera to help with property management.

The Rock House was the perfect home for a girls weekend. We enjoyed all of the amenities including the coffee bar! Pella is the best place for a weekend away. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

A quaint cozy cottage on the edge of Pella made for the perfect birthday retreat. Walking to the town square with sun shining on an autumn day, exploring the flower patch, and welcoming a new day with the sunrise over the field next door refreshment for the soul. Every detail is thought of in this Rock House: kitchen ware, comfortable beds, outdoor sitting spaces, a fire pit with wood to use. I highly recommend the Rock House and hosts.
