Check it out! We have a fantastic 2 bed 2.5 bath townhome in central Mesa. Close to everything! The unit is located in a small private community with dedicated 2 car garage and a yard with built in BBQ. Enjoy the great weather while hanging out on the patio and grilling a steak.
Inside new cabinets and carpet was installed last year, washer and dryer in the unit. It has 2 living areas, the main area downstairs and a loft area with a queen sleeper couch on the second floor.

The property was just as advertised - clean and comfortable. Easy check in.
Private backyard with grill and table. Convenient laundry by the bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen which we used a lot. Ideal for 2 couples. Would definitely rent again.
