About this house rental

Modern renovation with plenty of space and clean modern details. Great back yard with large deck. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. House also has an office space. Direct entry to the Atlanta Beltline at the end of the street. 8 minute drive to downtown Atlanta as well as many other attractions in the city. 2 minute drive to the expressway which allows for easy access to experience the city and its surrounding areas. 5 minutes from Mercedes Benz Stadium, CNN center and State Farm Arena

We are a group of business associates who work together and stay together during trade shows. This house worked well for us. We each had a bed and bath, the kitchen is well equipped, close to downtown and comfortable. Juan was very responsive to our queries.

The home was simply perfect! It was just like the pictures. It was in a perfect location and the host communicated very well. We loved it!

I didn’t know a lot about Atlanta when I choose this location. Definitely an up and coming part of town. Places to eat were not walkable and a car / Uber was required to get to all attractions. House was large and suited my 4 person adult party well. Nice remodel with bathrooms for each room.
