This warm apartment, all made of wood and completely renovated will welcome you to Clairvaux les Lacs for 1, 2, 3 or 4 people!
Located in a stone house in the center of Clairvaux les Lacs in a very quiet street.
Shops 50 m walk away and lake with beach 6 mins walk away.
This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.
• Terrace furnished in a tavern style (table, relaxing deckchairs and barbecue) with a view below over the wooded garden.
• Modern kitchen fully equipped with crockery, kitchen utensils, fondue pan, raclette oven, toaster etc…
--> Coffee and tea provided
• Room with a view of nature including 2 single beds 90 x 200 which can also be adapted for a double bed 180 x 200.
• An ultra comfortable sofa bed in the living room specially chosen for daily sleeping 140 x 190 which folds and unfolds by itself in 2 seconds (new Rapido system) requiring no effort! All the bedding is new.
• Bathroom with modern shower and sink (hairdryer at your disposal).

The necessary bedding for all beds is provided (protectors, fitted sheets, pillows, duvets and duvet covers).

Numerous hiking trails in the forest or along the numerous lakes will delight you! You will also find bike rentals (including electric) in Clairvaux les Lacs and many outdoor activities such as canoeing, paddle boarding, tree climbing, water games, horseback riding, hot air balloon flying, delta flying plane etc... and many other things.
