*Our unit is 1bd/2ba (6 sleeps) and located on the 17th floor in the West Tower
*KING-size bed in the master, Twin bunk beds in the hallway, a Queen sleeping sofa bed in the living room
*FREE travel-size Crib and the Booster seat for your baby (you should bring your own bedding for the crib). Yes! No more crib rentals! You can save your money!
*2 Full Bathrooms
*Amazing ocean view from the Direct Gulf-Front balcony
*Fully equipped kitchen
*2 Big TVs and high-speed internet
*Smart TV in the condo! You can connect it to your phone and watch your favorite shows!

***Our pools are seasonally heated up to 80°-85°! During the cold/winter time, when the outside temperature drops, the pool's heaters are kicked on to maintain the temperature inside the pools within 80-85°. Hot tub is open and heated all year around! Our maintenance team is checking pools daily to make sure the temperature is right.
ALL amenities are OUTDOOR and COMPLEMENTARY comes with our condo:
*Covered Outdoor Beachfront pool (heated 80-85°)
*Covered Outdoor Hot tub (heated all year around)
*Covered Outdoor Aqua Park with water slides and a big water basket (not heated at any time)
*Uncovered Outdoor Beachfront Pool (heated 80-85°)
*Partially Covered Lazy River (heated 80-85°)
*Frog Pad for little ones (not heated at any time)
***All amenities are open all year around!!!
***Aqua Park and Frog Pad are open all year around, but typically turned off during the off-season to conserve energy. However, these two amenities can be activated upon a guest's request at any time. You may simply ask any Splash Stuff member to turn them on for you. Please note that the water in these parks is not heated, as it is not feasible to maintain constant heating for running water.
*Onsite Coffee and Donuts shop, which is located above the Aqua Park (seasonal)
*Outdoor Poolside bar and grill (Mar 1-oct 31)
*Outdoor Drive-In Movie Theater (peak season only)
*Onsite shave ice (seasonal)
*3 Gas Grills
*Free Fitness facility with TV beach and pool view. The biggest gym in PCB

***Please, kindly do not ask to cancel or decrease the cleaning fees. Please understand, that it is the only income for the cleaning crews and they and their families depend on it. Thank you for your understanding!
*The the registration fee is $40. This fee includes wristbands and one parking pass (if needed) and covers the entire stay for the whole family. An additional parking pass will be an extra $40. The regeneration fee should be made at the time of registration directly to the resort.
**-Please note - All Resort amenities are managed by a third party and could be closed at any time for reasons out of our control. If any amenities will not be available during your stay for any unexpected/emergency/ repairs/renovation, and other reasons, it is out of our control and it will not be a reson for refund to be issued.

This place has everything and then some! We brought a 4 month old and a 2 year old. Very very clean! Easy check in process. Zero complaints. Absolutely none.

The property was beautiful, clean, and extremely accommodating. The host has a system where you take and leave things you may have forgotten. I thought that was an amazing unexpected touch. Great communication. Will 10/10 book with her again!
