Villa Helene is a secluded spacious and comfortable villa. The mature gardens surround the house giving a wonderful feeling of privacy. The villa sits in a plot of approximately 1000m2.
The villa has double patio doors which open which onto a private pool with an outdoor dining area and a covered patio.
There is also a patio to the rear of the house. A lovely place to take a coffee or do some work away from the pool.
There is plenty of sunbathing space all around the pool with sun loungers and umbrellas.
The villa is on one level apart from a few steps up to the bedrooms and bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms, one double master with a private pergola covered terrace.
One double bedroom and a family room which has a small double bed and 1 single bed.
There are 2 modern bathrooms one with a bath and overhead shower and one with a large walk in shower.
All the ceilings are high with white beams giving a light and airy feel to the house.
The villa has a license for 5 guests very comfortably with plenty of living space and outside space for everyone.
The main part of the villa is open plan and faces towards the pool.
The mature garden includes sculpted olive trees, fig trees and a lemon tree giving wonderful light and natural shade in the heat of the day plus fruit at the right times of the year.
Binibeca's beautiful beach is a 12 minute walk away and Cala Torret about 10 minutes where you can find a good choice of restaurants and bars, a dive school and supermarket and all the amenities you need for your holiday.
For Spring and Autumn there is a log fire (with plenty of available wood) Sit by the open fire and enjoy the peace and beauty of Menorca.

Fabulous villa, very well equipped and in a nice quiet area. Great communications from the hosts, really responsive when there was a water supply issue and got it sorted same day. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the lovely Villa Helene. Excellent location, just 10 minutes walk down the hill into Cala Torret and similar over to the picturesque beach at Binibeca Nou (be warned, the walk back is up hill and a little hard going in the heat of the day). The area is very quiet and at night if you turn all the lights off you’ll get an incredible star display, very little light pollution here!
The villa itself was absolutely beautiful, so well appointed, we find it’s rare to stay somewhere where whatever you need it’s there in a kitchen drawer! A proper home from home for those self-catering. Great AC in the bedrooms too.
The pool area is definitely the highlight of the villa, with its lush greenery and exotic flowers, handy outside shower and garden area that is bigger than captured in the listing photos. It was so nice for us as we were not able to head out as much as other families might. Decent brick BBQ was a bonus.
Villa owner could not have been more helpful and good communication with us from the outset. Very happy customers here. Thank you Emma :-)

Villa Helene offered everything and more that you need for a fabulous holiday. It was all the little extras that we didnt take for granted like beach towels, adaptable plugs, mosquito mesh at all the windows so we werent plagued and the fab air conditioning.
It was a really get away from it all holiday and the villa was well situated to explore the whole island.
The property manager was great and we would highly recommend it.
