About this apartment rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 56 m² flat with sea view and waterfront location for rent in Saint-Pierre. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises a pretty 16 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room with walk-in shower. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Day area:
- 16 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and sitting area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, filter and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
Sleeping area:
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room with WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A terrace of around 8 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Pierre, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- The Saint Pierre water sports centre offers a wide range of activities (canoeing, kayaking, rowing, sailing, etc.).
- The Carbet zoo
- The Balata garden and the Domaine d'Emeraude at Morne Rouge
- Numerous walks from St Pierre and the surrounding area
Transport :
- There is free parking close to the accommodation.
- Nearest bus station: Saint-Pierre, 5 minutes' walk away
- Nearest airport: International Martinique Aimé Césaire about 44 minutes away by car (41km)

Les Pénates Great location on the beach. The host was very friendly and attentive. We stayed as a couple with one of us a local - we were both very pleased with our stay.

Les Pénates "Fantastic place, very good memories, we hope to return one day.
🙂 Amazing view right on the beach and sea, very clean, new facilities, everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, super friendly and attentive hosts, close to the town center, shop, and market, also to activities like snorkeling(very close to Manman d'lo mermaid sculpture), hikes, museum, and the Zoo. Well above all apartments which we stayed in Martinique.
🙁 The bed is a bit short if you are a tall person(180 ), but I got used to it, so wasn't critical at all."
