This is our second stay here and I will not stay anywhere else in Salt Lake I can help it. This apartment is so well kept and so clean. It is quiet and quaint. The owners are super to work with. I go for medical purposes and the last thing that I want is to have more stress because of where I am staying. The owners have always been so welcoming and kind and made our stay stress free and actually fun! Thank you so much!

Clean as a whistle, super attentive host who was quick to communicate, furniture was comfortable and the home had everything we needed. Plus it was super charming. I’d definitely stay here again!

Our son had heart surgery at University of Utah Hospital and we needed a place that close to the hospital. This house was the perfect location. It is just straight down the road and made getting to and from the hospital so easy. We were in Utah for 17 days and needed a place where we could cook our meals and feel like we were home. The kitchen was pretty well stocked (not like home of course) for cooking. I could have used bigger pots and pans but we made it work. Not everyone will stay the long length of time as we did. The laundry facility is downstairs and coin operated, but still easy to get to. All appliances are new and easy to use. The owner, Misty, was always available and so helpful and friendly. She responded almost immediately when I messaged her so that was so nice. We were in a downstairs unit and we could hear the people above us when there was someone there, but it wasn’t too much of a problem. The coziness and comfort of the house outweighed any noise we heard. The location to stores and restaurants was also wonderful. Easy access to everything! I would stay here again without hesitation!

Misty was extremely communicative and accommodating! Location in the heart of SLC was amazing since we were able to travel to nearby destinations easily. We enjoyed the herbal teas and basket of snacks provided by the host. I would definitely stay here again when traveling to SLC.
