About this house rental
This 4500 square foot ( See video by going into "Overview") waterfront property has the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The oceanfront view is amazing and you can see the ocean from every room in the house. There is a first floor bedroom with a king sized bed and an attached bathroom . On the second floor there is a large bedroom with a king sized bed, a private deck, so that you may watch the sunset in a full state of relaxation after enjoying a bubble bath in the soaking tub. The second bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and is perfect for the person wanting to watch the sunrise over the water. This bedroom also has a private bath with a jetted tub and shower. The third bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and beautiful sunset views. The bathroom for this bedroom is across the hallway. The third floor views are like no others with a queen sized bed, and four twin beds. There is a full attached bathroom .In addition to the 3 bedrooms on the second floor is a sitting area with a desk and chair. The family room has a vaulted ceiling with a massive window to look at the water views all day. There is an eating area that can seat 14 people and an outside deck to kick back, relax, and enjoy the views. The house features tile and wood floors. The kitchen features a six burner cook top and double ovens for the person that enjoys cooking. A gas grill on the back deck for a great family barbeque. Five and a half baths. There is a fenced in back yard abutting the water. If you have a small boat you can launch it from the private, neighborhood beach 'Little Beach' about 30 yards from the driveway. Bring your Kayak or canoe and enjoy the ocean inlets. Fish or go crabbing from the jetty. Craigville Beach is 1 mile away. The 'Avenues' are known for their great family atmosphere. Three miles from Main street with it's many restaurants and stores. Because this is a neighborhood atmosphere, NO WEDDINGS OR LARGE GATHERINGS ARE PERMITTED.

We gathered as a family after celebrating two graduations and a wedding. The group ranged in age from 22 to 92 and included our sweet dog. There was plenty of space for preparing and sharing family meals. The views from the dining and living room area are as lovely as you could ask for. The tidal area offers calm and interesting kayaking, birdwatching (bring your binoculars!) and, in the summer, I’m sure, great swimming. My dog normally lives in a condo so she was thrilled to have the freedom of the beautifully fenced yard and to defend it from the many local rabbits. We took a fun day trip to Herring Cove and Provincetown which took about a hour and a quarter. Shaw’s, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s are all a short drive away.

Everything about our stay for our party of 10 was beyond expectations! The views were stunning, beautiful sunrises and postcard perfect sunsets….a view from any room in the house!The house provided all the comforts and amenities you could ask for. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay delightfully perfect.Would highly recommend for a Cape stay!!

This place was Spectacular!There are views everywhere - from the tidal areas to the ocean. You can even see the Hyannisport Golf Club and Squaw Island from the distance. I spent several years living in the this neighborhood and have not been back for a while, so it was a treat.It's an easy house to relax in. Comfortable beds, comfortable couches - the kitchen is very well stocked, and our two dogs really enjoyed the fenced in front lawn while they nature watched!Donna was a great host and very accommodating.I would highly recommend this home!

Beautiful home! Plenty of bedrooms for the extended family an super third floor kids bedroom! Kitchen was well appointed and dining room table large enough for all. First floor had an open concept for traffic flow. Every room had a lovely view!
