The perfect location for all Nashville has to offer nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a large courtyard, a hot tub, game room and fire pit to enjoy the outdoors with family and friends. This house is completely handicap accessible!
The home features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for couples, groups and families looking to spend time together. The house is wheelchair accessible with a ramp to enter and a full bath with walk in shower and shower chair. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and cooking/kitchenware perfect for the gathering you are planning. All bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathrooms are on one level. The additional game room is accessible with a few steps or a small ramp.
There are plenty of beds for up to 10 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms which are located on the same floor as the living space. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite access to a half bath with an additional full bath in the hallway. The two other bedrooms connect to a large ensuite bathroom set up with a double vanity and additional make-up counter.
If lounging and relaxing with friends is what you have in mind, you will enjoy our "Game Room" where a game of darts or foosball can take place or just sit and relax on a bar stool or futon to watch TV. The futon converts to a bed if alternative sleeping arrangements are desired.

The house was perfect for our group of 8—just as described, clean, and comfortable. We loved using the hot tub and fire pit, and it was only a quick Uber to downtown for a fun night out. The guidebook with local recommendations was a great touch—we tried two spots and both were fantastic, one even with live music. Highly recommend this place for a Nashville stay!
