Comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. Fantastic views!

Lack of hot water; not having any hot water when coming in from skiing at c.5pm and often throughout the evening on several of the days was really frustrating especially with young children. The heating was also really sporadic; sometimes on full at 2.30am but not on in the mornings or evenings when needed. The lack of any instructions of how things work was also a bit frustrating - took us a few attempts to work out the dish washer and some help re how the hot water or heating worked would have really helped!

Very spacious for a family of 5. Perfect location for ski in ski out. Fabulous view of the slopes and the mountain from the living area. Very well equipped and appointed. Very warm apartment. Sofa bed was easy to get out and put away. A wide range of quality restaurants within a very pleasant walking distance. Natacha was extremely helpful throughout.

More than one pillow per person would have been better, but this is being extremely picky.

Absolutely superb! The property was in a fantastic location and very comfortable. Natasha was so accommodating and very helpful under the circumstances.

The fact that everything had closed down due to Coronavirus. No one’s fault!!
