Love the pool the grill the kitchen very spacious

The owner should be encouraged to do some basic maintenance like spraying for weeds (which are six feet tall and their debris blows into the pool), fixing the grouting around the toilet and shower (which both leak, as they did last year), and repairing the electronic gate and air conditioner in the master bedroom. It would also be worth investing in some decent cushions (more than one inch thick) for the outdoor furniture and a new pool skimmer (the current one has holes in it).
