Situated in the heart of Calpe, this apartment combines the convenience of being close to all amenities with the serenity and beauty of the Mediterranean.
Please note: that improvement and renovation work is currently being carried out on the façade and building services of the apartment block until July 2026, and will resume again from October 2026.
The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and another with two single beds, ensuring rest and privacy for all guests. Additionally, it has a second bathroom with a separate shower, for added convenience.
The separate kitchen is modernly equipped with everything you need to feel at home, including a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, and small appliances. Check-in Procedure:
-Present identification documents for all guests.
-Security deposit by card: €150. The deposit is returned within 7 days after check-out.
- Payment for additional services if requested, e.g. parking.
House Rules:
-No smoking or parties allowed in the accommodation.
-Respect the guest limit according to the reservation.
-Upon leaving, please return the keys, take out the trash, and clean the used dishes.
