The flat house with three flats is located in the Saladinka district, approx. 3 km from the old town of Porec and only 200 m from the beach. It is situated in a quiet location and, thanks to its facilities, is an ideal place for a family holiday in Porec. On the 1000 m2 property, guests have at their disposal a 36 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a covered terrace with a large table and benches for outdoor dining and a well-tended garden for communal use. Covered car park for several cars directly in front of the house.
