I thought the hotel was excellent especially for the money! The location is convenient enough, it's close to a mall and a metro that can take you to the city centre. I do recommend it to anyone who just wants a clean and private space to sleep.

Very very basic. Be aware of shared toilet and shower facilities

Beds were comfy. Room clean

The toilet and shower facilities were poor. No hand basin in toilets so lots of potential for infection as have to then key into room to wash hands. 3 toilets for 20 rooms. Toilets wet. There wasn’t really any breakfast facilities. It’s just a room with shared toilet facilities

Functional stay

We could use a microwave and a sink at the kitchen area, easy parking

Lack of toilet paper in the shared toilets / difficult to use a sink as we had to go back to the room to do so. Basic sahred showers, chose not to use them. No reading/bed lights in the room. F1 hotel in Reims had much better facilities including soap and towels. The receptionist could not speak English well to answer our questions

Great stop off on way to mountains

Friendly staff good size, warm rooms. Clean and comfortable. Popper over the road to hotel for really good value pizza dinner. Ideal after a long day's travelling.

A little more choice for breakfast would have been great.

The location was okay for a pit stop in between trips.

It wasn’t clean. The staff was a bit weird, the facilities weren’t clean. The beds were old and not comfortable.

It was pretty clean. And it was not too far from centrum with car.

There went something wrong between Booking and the hotel. They couldn’t find our stay at first. But they sorted it out. So we got our stay.

Excellent value for money. Would go there again.

Clean rooms, quiet location. Staff helpful but not overwhelming. Breakfast was plentiful and included in the room charge. All facilities worked. Especially liked the USB charging sockets by the bed. We had a good night's sleep and left refreshed in the morning.

Room smells strange, air-conditioning sooo dirty, I took out filter and cleaned it, bed really uncomfortable, toilet soo small, this is just a emergency accommodation, would never stay again

We walked out 5 mins after checking in and stayed somewhere else up the road.

The place smelt, the receptionist was unfriendly, and i'll be honest, we felt a little unsafe given the overall location, and the feeling of the hotel after we walked in, which may have been unfair but that was our feeling. After check-in, the fact each room was small, dark, smelly and had no private bathroom/toilet (i hadnt realised this when booking) was too much for us as a family of 4, so we left without staying the night.

There was a young girl on reception. She spoke excellent English, was really helpful, friendly and personable. A really nice girl and answered all our questions. Please thank her from us for being so kind. It was much appreciated. Really relaxed atmosphere.

Beds a little hard. Would have liked a very small hand towel to dry my hands and face. We didn't realise there weren't any provided.

Booked 2 rooms online and only 1 was reserved when we arrived. After long discussion with staff they agreed to provide the second room as reserved. The room was cold on arrival and smelled of smoke.

It was a comfortable room, clean and it had everything we had paid for. Also, we requested a pair of towels and instead of paying for them, the staff offered them to us for free.

The hotel looked like a big container, and the rooms were small (the bathroom was even smaller). It was a bit noisy as well, particularly in the morning.
